1. Use of the Website

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

License: We grant you a non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site solely for shopping personal items. Any commercial use or use on behalf of a third party is prohibited without prior approval. Breaching these Terms revokes this license without notice.

Account Responsibility: If you register, you agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and to keep your account details confidential. Any activity under your account is your responsibility; please notify us of any unauthorized use immediately.

Communication: By contacting us or ordering, you consent to receive messages related to your order. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time.

2. Product Information

• We aim to ensure accurate descriptions and pricing for all products. However, errors may occasionally occur.
• As our candles are handmade in small batches, slight natural variations in colour, wax surface and scent strength are normal and not considered defects.
• All products are subject to availability, and we may discontinue or modify items without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
• Payments are made through the methods offered on the Site: InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, Fawry, credit/debit card, or Cash on Delivery. While we use trusted payment methods, we are not liable for errors caused by third-party providers.
• Order Verification: To prevent fraud, we may verify payment and personal details before processing your order. Non-compliance may lead to cancellation.
• Pricing Errors: In case of a pricing error, we may cancel your order or contact you for instructions. Orders may be cancelled even after confirmation if errors are identified.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We deliver to all governorates of Egypt via Egypt Post. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
• We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping provider.
• Shipping costs are calculated and shown during checkout based on your governorate.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Returns and refunds are managed under our Returns Policy.
• Products must be returned unused and in their original condition, including packaging, with proof of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, used or burned candles cannot be returned.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Site — text, images, designs, logos and software — is the property of Reyah Essence and protected by Egyptian and international copyright laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our written consent.
• Submissions such as reviews and comments may be used by us in connection with our business.

7. User Accounts

• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Misleading submissions or unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination of access.
• We may edit or remove user-generated content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Reyah Essence is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or its products.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality of the Site.

9. Privacy

By using the Site, you consent to the collection, use and storage of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

11. Changes to These Terms

Reyah Essence may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date.

At Reyah Essence, your satisfaction matters to us. Because every candle is handmade in small batches, please read this policy carefully before requesting a return or exchange.

1. Return & Exchange Window

• You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
• To start a request, contact us on WhatsApp (+20 102 740 5255) with your order details and the reason.

2. Conditions for Return

• The product must be unused, unburned and in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
• For hygiene and safety reasons, candles that have been lit or used cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
• Sale items, gift sets and seasonal/limited editions (such as the Ramadan edition) may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

3. Damaged, Faulty or Wrong Items

• If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
• We will arrange a replacement or a full refund (including shipping) at no extra cost to you.
• Slight natural variations in colour, wax surface or scent strength are normal for handmade candles and are not considered faults.

4. Exchanges

• You may exchange an eligible product for a different scent or size of equal value, subject to availability.
• If the new item costs more, you pay the difference; if it costs less, we refund the difference.
• Return shipping for exchanges (other than faulty items) is covered by the customer.

5. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval.
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, Fawry or card) within 7–14 business days. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

6. Return Shipping

• Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
• We recommend a trackable method, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

7. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order before it has shipped for a full refund. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.
